This MEC 1470 is a 2022 factory-owned machine configured for 1400 × 700 mm production pallets. It has been operated only by Mecmetal staff in Mecmetal’s factory in Joensuu, Finland, and has not been used in external customer production. With fewer than 5,000 cycles, recent inspection and service, and immediate availability, it offers a faster and lower-uncertainty route to Mecmetal’s electromechanical block machine technology than a fully custom new-build project.
The machine is offered with selected surrounding equipment and Mecmetal support to make a replacement project easier to plan. The package includes pallet magazine, pallet feeder, receiving conveyor, express mold change system, spare parts, installation, commissioning, operator training, remote support, and warranty coverage.
