Fully automatic block machine for making paver blocks and stones

In the Paver Block model, MEC Evolution-20 concrete block machine is equipped with face mix unit and the whole complex is being driven entirely on electromechanical operations. Paver blocks can be manufactured different size and shapes but also with different colors and alternative materials. Pavers are used to build e.g. side walks, patios, fireplaces and retaining walls.

Concrete intelligence and efficiency

MEC Evolution-20 block machine is equipped with Face Mix unit and additional software at the manufacturing phase. This is more cost effective option than installing it afterwards. The Face Mix unit works synchronized with the block machine, after the first layer has been filled and tampered by block machine operations, face mix fills the second layer and block machine will finish work by pressing product into final shape. Afterwards at handling line, there can be added equipment for even more product variety e.g. washing unit, splitting unit or antique line

All of Mecmetal block production lines are fully electromechanical from block machine to every equipment and attachment. The MEC Evolution-20 block machine is equipped with powerful and accurate servo motors as main power source for fast and repetitive movements like mold, tamper and vibro operations. Some AC motors are still left in place for more practicality but everything circulates in the same servo control system, so the operation system is responsive, smart and versatile but yet, very user friendly. The design of the machine is based on decades of experience in tested, constantly evolving mechanical solutions and new solutions developed as a result of active development cooperation with customers, for the needs of efficient production and market development.
